“Rei-men” is a popular noodle dish in Korea. The noodles are thin and long, and are soaked in a cold soup. Nowadays, this dish is enjoyed in the summertime.
The dish in the photo is an original creation from our home, so it’s not very helpful as a reference, but it’s a recommended menu for summer in Japan as well.
